I used this app to get transport from airport to the city and I booked tickets for exact time. When bus arrived, turned out that bus is fully booked and I had to wait for a next one. When I was going back, I booked tickets to airport, but they gave me tickets from airport to city and I had to buy new tickets in the bus, so I paid double for one trip and they refused to give me back my money. Cuatomer service kept saying 'you choose wrong option'. I highly dont recommend.

Our river tour of Malaka was very frustrated by using the app. The app presented me with a voucher that held a bar-code. I thought that would be all that I needed. What I needed was a QR code. That required me to go into the email and download the ticket. Access to my email wasn't available at the location. It was very frustrating. Don't send me a bar code if it won't be honored.

The app has limited value. When everything proposed in it is highly rated, it becomes suspicious. Had the impression that all then activities proposed, you can get them directly for free or without the added fees of this middle man. Another annoying thing is the spam and the endless notifications. I ended by removing them
