Attempts to sync with the servers regardless of data roaming and just tries again if it fails. Caused me to use 247MB of data in failed synchronizations while roaming in Japan. It was a major pain proving to my provider that the 3000+ dollar phone bill was not my fault and not something I could just turn off...

Preventing me from using apps on my rooted device, forcing me to install all kinds of random stuff (using e.g. Magisk) to circumvent this "security". I then need to deny their apps to update, to make sure an update doesn't break my workaround, but this means I might miss out on potential security patches, which in the end might actually become a security risk. Good job, MS, you created a problem by unnecessarily trying to prevent it!

I don't even know where to start. I spent hours trying to get this to work with our IT support. Somehow my device is not supported, but it doesn't tell you why, you'll have to dig through Microsoft help pages, Reddit, Stack Exchange to figure out why it doesn't work through obscure error codes. Sends you into authentication loops. Yet again a true testament to Microsoft's inability to write functional and usable software.
