■Challenge players worldwide in multiplayer!
You can race against up to seven other players, whether they're registered as in-game friends, nearby, or scattered around the world.
Multiplayer races can be customized with a variety of rules, such as individual or team races, kart speed, and number of item slots. You can play however you want!

Mario and friends go global in this new Mario Kart as they race around courses inspired by real-world cities in addition to classic Mario Kart courses! These destinations will be featured in tours that rotate every two weeks! In addition to courses based on iconic locales, some of your favourite Mario Kart characters will get variations that incorporate the local flavour of cities featured in the game!

Earn Grand Stars by racing! You can also fire off the featured pipe to receive more drivers, karts, and gliders! You can also proudly display badges, earned by completing certain challenges, next to your in-game name!
■Bonus challenge courses put a twist on traditional races!
In certain races, 1st place isn't always the goal. With names like "Vs. Mega Bowser" and "Goomba Takedown," these bonus challenge courses demand a different approach to gameplay and strategy!

Boost with the best of 'em! Your high scores will determine how you compare to other players all over the world. Keep practising and trying out different combinations of drivers, karts, and gliders to increase your score and rise to the top!

They could have done so much more with this game. The graphics look beautiful and the amount of tracks are amazing, but thats where the praise stops. The gameplay is just a boring cash grab. The controls are bad, it only allows you to steer or drift. You play against bots can't steer off the track. And worst of all, it's pay to win, and you barely get free currency to buy stuff. It's really a shame, you can see the effort puy into the game, with a few drastic changes it could be great.

The controlls are pretty bad. The gyro is really bad. There's no option to adjust sensitivity. The slide controll wasnt good at first time, but disabling steering assist felt better. The landscape option is not available in menu. IMO the landscape make the game feel more immerssive. But gyro sucks. I felt lack of competition in the game, but it's fun. I wish there was option to controll the throttle and brak. But, it might cause the game to lose its uniqueness. Other than its good. Try it out..

Free casual player it's a good game, but don't spend $ on this game. The cheating AI will still act the same way. Speed up, slow down, make turns that you can not and sometimes when you get a Frenzy it seems like the AI also gets a speed boost. There has been many times I ask myself how did that happen. Also in auto mode I can hit the whistle button and have the AI speed up or slow down to get into a formation. They don't do that in real races? Yea right. Game cheats worse than the N64 game.
