****UPDATE**** I've changed rating as customer support has contacted me and the token issue has been resolved. this is a great game but I've had a problem accessing the special event. contacted customer support and gone to chat again and now I can't even contact customer support the screen just goes back to the homepage. so it might be a good game but it has its flaws that can't get sorted.

I've been playing these puzzles for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. However, lately, I've been experiencing a few frustrations with it. #1 - I have to accept terms every single time I load the app. This is unnecessary. I accepted terms when I first downloaded it, and that should be it unless the terms have been updated. #2 - When the app goes to load an ad after I've completed a puzzle, it goes to a black screen & crashes. When I reopen the app, I've lost whatever reward I'd earned.

The puzzles are really good! I'm having issues with the tokens, it caps it at 10 - like if I have 7 tokens then I'm awarded 5 for a puzzle, it will only allow me to have 10 at once, which means I can't do the ones that cost more. I'm also experiencing that for some puzzles I can't win tokens, only coins so I can't play again til it refills.

Thanks for your review. If you token balance is below 10, it will regenerate back to 10 over time. However, there is no limit to how many tokens you can save. If you receive 5 tokens while you have a 7 token balance, your balance will be 12.
