Made two payments with iDeal (dutch payment provider) and recieved zero items. Send support bank statements of this. Despite bank statements support keeps asking for "proof from Google" or "screenshots of the order". Basically just wasting time without wanting to solve it. Looks like money lost but ultimately lots of time won not playing a stupid p2w building sim. Which is what the game is at heart. Currently in contact with customer service but nothing resolved.

So this game is an addiction. So in depth with the mechanics, so many task to be done, so many events available. The boss hunting mechanics is really favorite part about this game. It can get quite expensive but realistically it's one of those 'marathon not a Sprint' kind of games. I'd say the biggest reason I play is because of the socialization aspect. Because of how in depth the game is, there is always something for people to discuss or learn. Need to bubble or else you'll be frustrated.

The worst game ever. There is no support for this game and game costs thousands of dollars. No cheap upgrades - this game will suck everything from your wallet. Average upgrade is $100 if you want to progress... Not worth to spend a dollar on this game. Support does not exist - it looks like the game is run by one person from a garage. If you want a second job without pay - this is it. All you do is getting resources and pay for things as small as ring or boots. Filled with errors.
