Great app, but I feel it needs to start on advanced for some people. It might have that, and I didn't see it or accidentally missed it, idk. Just in case though If you're a more advanced, active, limber & stronger person, might I suggest that you start on the 7th or 10th day instead of the 1st. That way, you bypass all the exercises that you normally wouldn't do or need. Had I not been able to do that, I would never have purchased the subscription due to it being way too easy thought it a scam.

I like the trainings, they are changed from day to day so I didn't get bored. The effects are visible and I feel stronger, so in time I can easily and more properly do some harder exercises. Some exercises are not likely to be done by women unless they are I exceptionally good shape. For instance, how many women do you know that can do push ups for minute. Few more similar issues, so this is suggestion for improvement. Yoy can adjust the trainings of course. Few commercials, not bothering you.

I recently had surgery, and I have been having a difficult time adjusting. Between the depression and being inactive, it just isn't me. This app is affordable (I've also been out of work), and it allows you customized workouts in bite-sized pieces. I also enjoy that there are other modules I can take on if I'm feeling up to it that day, but if not, the daily 10min workouts make me feel accomplished and keep me moving.
