I find the app's search function quite outdated, and I've noticed that prices often increase unexpectedly by at least 30% when an item is added to the cart, even with a coupon or coins applied. This feels misleading and affects the shopping experience negatively. I hope Trendyol addresses these issues to provide a more transparent and user-friendly platform.

I honestly do not recommend anyone to use this app. It is absolutely horrible!!! I ordered an item and it was delivered to me, but from the time I placed my order until I received it,the shipping status was always " preparing your order"."The worst part was that when I received the item it was completely different from the description. I was unable to return the item because this terrible company never changed the shipping status to delivered. Do not ever use this app. It is an absolute SCAM !!

Most of the time the products arrived with defects,sewing problems,stains,bad odor or wrong cut but also some,few, in good condition which i like them so much.I have also problems with the delivery company that they chose to work in my country that are totally unprofessional and unacceptable (they delivered to the wrong house,they don't bother to take a return for a long period of time and so on).The issues I mentioned make you frustrated and disappointed.
