I placed an order on October 21. Aosom sent an email stating the GUARANTEED delivery date would be October 22. On October 23, I contacted your customer service to request an update as the tracking information still displays that UPS has not received the package. Customer service advised it is in transit, I worked for a shipping company. If the tracking says only a label has been created, it has not been picked up. Today is October 24, still not picked up. No ETA. Only offered $5 credit.

Thumbs down! They promised me $20 off if I used the app. Didn't see that when I installed the app. So, I signed in my email for $5 off. Never got the code for that.

Aosom was very helpful and receptive in helping with my order shipping redirection due to covid illness Also, the customer service employees were helpful in choosing the best refund option and helped me find the correct product to meet my needs.
