I want to love it but it gets more aggravating by the day. A few things to list: The characters come in too slow while clock is running. If you don't purchase anything, it takes you days if not the whole week trying to get enough gems just for a boost or retry, as it cost 35 & 50 gems. You spend more time trying to get gems than playing. You are also usually left needing one more customer or a few coins short away and that's with using the free boosts it gives for harder lvls.

Hello Chef, the game will give you a few seconds for customers to come and order. The level can be completed in the remaining time. If you find that you are running out of time, upgrade your kitchen to speed up the service. There may be some quirky levels, but all levels have been balanced and can be completed without in-app purchases.

Why did you all of a sudden change everything?? I have been playing for years on and off. Came back recently after quite a long time and so enjoyed carrying on with the pizza level. After a few days of playing I opened the game to find EVERYTHING is suddenly different. Suddenly need to make baguettes. The onions moved, the pizza ovens are different and it is not easy to see when pizzas are done. All my practice to be able to do things fast is now down the drain. Upgrade sucks! Will be deleting.

Hello Chef, please do not delete the game. The pizza is still in the oven after it is baked. We will feedback your game experience to the development and will convey this suggestion to the development team and work hard to improve it in future work. I wish you a happy game!

The game is visually pleasing with many places to explore. Toppings are automatically placed on the third food. Some levels need replaying to get the key, while others have short time limits, requiring ads or 30+ gems, which can feel unreasonable. Free gems are hard to earn (usually only 2-5), and some levels need 30+ gems for extra time. If you don’t finish, you're forced to spend more to complete the level and get the key.

Hello Chef, in-app purchases are for the convenience of players and are optional. We have been working hard to keep the levels balanced and can be completed without purchasing. Diamonds can be obtained from daily rewards, daily tasks, and achievements. If you can't pass a level, you can send the game screen recording to help us improve it.
