Suffering!! Bad deliveries 4/10 times. App seems excellent, but the deliveries- abysmal!! Refunds/resend missing items is not a real option; especially when someone is waiting for a long time. And continuos shifting of expected arrival times.. this gets annoying!! Why don't you request the restaurants to set a realistic delivery time, and you use your algorithms to show your realistic delivery times. Penalize (money-wise or delivery times-wise) the restaurants for late deliveries.. Sad stories!

Love the app, ordering food from the Netherlands for HK 😊. Using it now for over 12 months, no issues with Deliveroo at all. App shows open restaurants, delivery intime and when they are delayed, the app shows it perfectly. And a discount voucher for the inconvenience. It seems based on location, service can be improved. Also the restaurants that work with Deliveroo have to make sure they do what asked. Deliveroo is just an app, that works only when the restaurants deliver Best wishes for 2019!

They state there is a free delivery if I reach the minimal order size of 15 euro. I get a notification I get the discount but when I proceed to pay I still get charged the delivery fee of about 2.40 I don't mind the price but I do dislike this deception in their advertising and in the app. I can't find anywhere a place to contact deliveroo to fix this but they do explain there is a service fee for 24/7 support. Other than these aspects the app works fine.
