I've been using this app since it was recommended by my therapist. I enjoy it so far. I love that it's more grounded and real than most meditation trainings and I love the options for type and length of practices. Only marked down because I can't control the volume or pause via my headphones

Came upon this after the creator gave a talk to a meditation symposium. Fantastic app, seems so far to work well on my android. My only suggestion is, as a natural introvert, the emphasis is on connecting with others, while some of us are better in solitude. Personally, too much human interaction depletes my energy, while solitude restores it. Used this for a couple of months, I find that I fall asleep almost immediately and so I haven't had much benefit, as I don't know it can replay.

šŸ‘Œ wow, I still love this app it's still fantastic and helpful. I've found one problem and that is that I like many don't always have access to data. I live in a remote town we often loose service. Would be helpful if you could maybe use the timer or just some of it without data. These times are often stressful some are to broke or like me live in a fire prone area and power and data get lost for hours and days at times. I just went through this and really needed you're app.
