I love shein for the most part, but there's an issue with the cart. Things keep being unselected in my cart. I'll put an order through, then see that everything didn't go through. Then I could do another order to get the rest of my items, but that means means more postage. So I cancel the order and start again. Then i have to wait a few days for the refund. Sooo frustrating :(

I loved this app and bought off it several times with little to no issue. It's cheap and easy, but of course there's always a problem with it. The company is sketchy but prices were so affordable it's hard to give up. But recently, one of my packages weren't delivered even though it said it was. I tried to contact customer service, USPS, email them, only to get the worse service. In the end I'm out of a few bucks and unable to receive my package. App was amazing, not worth it in the end.

I have placed multiple orders on several occasions but lately they are making things difficult, even for regular buyers. I was asked for proof of payment for "each item" and now the items are arriving one by one to the warehouse, forcing me to pay for multiple shipments and delaying my entire purchase. It is also worth noting that customer support is slow, inefficient, and incapable; if you are a business that needs to buy regularly don't be surprised to have a bad experience at some point.
