Terrible experience! Avoid paying custom duty via the Aramex app; opt for cash on delivery instead. I paid through the app, got immediate acknowledgment, and the status changed to "paid," but this wasn’t communicated to the local delivery partner, who still demanded cash. Support was unhelpful, offering vague timelines and redirecting me to another department. They claimed to notify the delivery team, but nothing changed. Frustrating and unreliable service—don’t trust this app for payments.

It is so hit and miss. I now have two shipments that I can pay for, but they don't show up on the aramex app. Only the shop and ship one. It shows 2 pending shipments, but you click on them and it populates with a list of old shipments I have already paid for. On top of this it's impossible to save passwords or credit card info and you have to manually enter the information each time. I really wish they got someone competent to fix this app and make the UX better.

I'm very disappointed. I got charged for an additional fee even though I already paid the shipping fee when I checked out the order. There were two transaction on their apps: 1 with additional fee and the other without (most likely for the same package). The one they proceeded on was with the fee. Passing the responsibility to their customer. This wasn't my first transaction, so I know I shouldn't have to pay extra.
