Very laggy app . I am not able to verify my id and app getting crash every second. You have heard name of UAE which is very luxurious but reality shows that even goverment apps are not working properly. Please fix this issue. Hoping for some got IT infrastructure.

I formatted my phone then installed the latest version of UAE pass. My phone is compatible with the new update. However, facial recognition is not working. I cannot retrieve my account. I tried everything, clearing cash , giving access and restarting my phone. But it is still not working .plz help

This app would not face verify at all. It continually gave me an error. I flew into Dubai and opened up the app, and it immediately worked. I wish they would note that it only face verifies when you are in the UAE.
