Update: they're even declining my pay in full orders haha absolutely ridiculous. I have already spoken to management they're unhelpful. Awful app, orders are getting declined for no reason, it's not even giving me an option to pay in full, I just want to use my wallet balance and get over with this app. What's funny is that my order total was 0 because of my wallet credits and I still got declined 😄. Tabby is way better, you can even spend wallet credits to pay active installments in Tabby.

Worst app! Never used the app but order is being declined due to security reason and with pending issue with tamara. When I asked customer service they cannot answer what is the pending issue. How come there is a pending issue if it is a first time user. Tabby is way better!! After this review for sure the reply will be contact customer service which is very unhelpful. The replies here in reviews are all the same! No help at all.

Been using for a long time and also took smart membership, payments are always done in advance but as of now there is too many problems. Customer support is the worst as of now takes forever for the response, new orders for the payment are no longer accepting, please improve your service or might have to remove it. Been using for 2 years and now it has been worst.
