I love the app for its user-friendly interface. However, two features would enhance it: an auto-sort option for the overview page by most recent changes, and displaying the number of days since an order shipped and the date of the last update. These would make tracking updates and orders more efficient and user-friendly.

App is slowly dying. It used to be great but updates are not accurate. There is a current glitch with the button that sends you to the tracking site if the carrier where if you do not tap the smallest, most precise spot on the screen it will not work. Packages are arriving and after shipping shows old updates. Hopefully the developers can get it back up and running. I'm not the only one having issues, Reddit and a friend of mine are having the same issues.

Good, but could do with some internal verification. If it gets two (or three, or four) emails about the same item, it will list each seperatly rather than realise it's just further communication about the same item. And in addition to that, it's now started to ignore delete requests (to clear multiple entries) so, another star dropped.
