It was a bad experience with Red Bull Mobile technical support because after the last update of the app it was disastrous because the customer information was deleted from the app and the mobile number does not appear and I cannot recharge the sim to subscribe to any package and it has become difficult to register in the application, if the problem is not solved I will not be able to recharge the sim and activate any package which results in the cancellation of the number and the sim card.

I am experiencing worst Mobile Network services, the signal strength shows it is good, but in actual it doesn't give even 2G strength, it takes much time to load & keeps on loading, dear users & new subscribers I personally recommend you not to choose this Network

for the good of your mental health. Dont purchase this sim card, and yes according to other consumers the consumption is double for data compare to other network, given you can only use your data to location when you purchase the simcard. They have only particular places that you can use your internet, very limited location. Save your money. Customer service ? Dont bother yourself, its useless. I wasted loading up this month, and because of error on their apps It load up twice.
