Updated review, years later: still has connection and setup issues. Worst brush + app I've ever bought. - Onboarding kept failing, unless I created an account. Unclear error messages. - Sometimes it doesn't automatically connect with the toothbrush. - You can't remove a brushing session. So if you tried out the brush for 10 seconds, you get a bad score. - AI teeth recognition isn't impressive.

It works great, but I have one point of improvement. Now the app records it as a new session when I just stop the toothbrush for one second, e.g. to spit out saliva or something. (If I don't stop the toothbrush, I have toothpaste droplets thrown around). The fact that the app then starts a new session makes all the stats useless. Oral-B, please allow me to stop the brushing for a few seconds, without stopping my session. thanks in advance!

Only used it 2 days and already found a thing that is missing in the app and it is regarding the coverage when brushing. It is very confusing and suggests bad brushing due to that the app doesn't understand why I brush badly in some spots, because I miss some teeth due to an accident, all these teeth have been replaced by fake removable teeth and are always cleaned separately. It would be nice if you could make a correct map of your teeth, cross spots out or so.
