It's good when tracking orders you've actually placed, but I keep getting notifications and tracking on random orders that aren't mine but say they're connected to my email? I don't understand, and contacting support is a nightmare. I still haven't figured out how to contact someone, I just get a run around no matter what I clicked on. So for now it gets 2 stars.

Pretty cool tracking app. A company that I order stuff from uses Route, always thought Route was odd. Then there was a link to get the app. Turns out it not only tracks mail packages, but also Walmart, Amazon, Temu, and even pulled the info for my Zamplebox and tracked it. Can see step by step the shipping, where it's at in the country or locale, important details on the shipment, even handy buttons to contact each outfit (business, post office, etc) involved. Pretty sweet so far. 🤠 🤙

Works well, easily consolidates everything so I'm not bouncing around checking emails and websites and apps. Only real downsides are that any time I place a mobile fast food order it adds that, which is unnecessary clutter, and of course there are security concerns as to what they can see in my email.
