This app had been fine when it first came around. Now, however, the same can't be said. I recently made an order, which was prepared and on the way - tracked all the way to 2 minutes away from me before it abruptly got cancelled. Explanation? None given. Contact support? Not possible. Still, I assumed that an accident had occurred. So, I ordered again. And then my order got abruptly cancelled after 20 minutes this time. All in all, terrible experience.

I recieved my order with a missing item that is worth 23jds, I contacted customer service immediately to report the missing item, it has been 10 days, I haven't received the item, nor a refund. I've been a customer for years, I think it's time to switch services.

Very very Bad. I order a heater which coste 45 JOD and it is not working the support did not help me to refund or replace the defected item and they told me that the shop which is talabat mart itself is not answering to take the approval to refund or replace the order. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is considered as a pure fraud. This app and support system is very bad and unprofessional. How come they can't reach to the market to refund or replace the item.
