I do not recommend this app. It's expensive and they don't give your money back even if u haven't recieved your order. They keep a restock fee plus u pay for shipping again and also a fee to resale the shoes. No money until they sale. I paid $182.50 for shoes I havent received due to them verified of discoloration and I won't get but maybe $100 of my money back. You don't receive cash. you get credit. You never get to talk to anyone, but through a robot. Don't use this app/place.

I really thought reviews bashing the app for small fonts and unusable UI design were exaggerating, but wow. It's my first time using the native mobile experience and it's surprisingly bad - the text font, sizing, and spacing are all weirdly user-hostile. The menu layout and confusing mix of tabs and hidden menus is very divergent from the web experience, but in the most negative way possible. It's like someone specifically put all of the anti patterns of modern UI design into it.

I like the way this app works. However the first time I try to buy something from this app everything I'd going good at first. Within the star of the 2nd day of purchase, the sweater(2022 essential limo stretch) is already at the verification factory. However within the middle of the second day, it tells me to refund. No reason, just store credit or 2-3 days for a refund in account. So I dis that, already mad, then it says I have to wait 3-5 days! This app can't even tell me why then does this.
