A great tool for any ham, old or new to the hobby. It's a good quick reference source that's easy to use and understand. My XYL and I like to experiment by building antennas for ourselves and others. We like the ability to change measurement formats on the fly. We also use it as a teaching tool to show others how easy it is to build your own antennas. We are in our 80s, on a fixed income, and never buy base antennas. We build or repurpose most of our antennas, even some of our mobiles.

It's ok. I can get calculations for some things and conversions for others, but it's not very user friendly. I can't set it to default to a unit of measurement I prefer, or even to default to standard over metric. As far as I can tell there is no way to set anything, but they made sure to include a button to rate the app. For everything I want like say dipole length, I have to switch every parameter individually to feet or inches because it defaults to metric which is tiresome and annoying.

It would be good to know how much the Pro version is. It does not seem to be on the website link via the app, and there is no way I will push an Agree button for a contract, without knowing the terms and cost. Otherwise it is a simple app, does what it needs to do, and very effectively. More stars if the cost were clearer.
