Bought a ticket and price dropped $150 in a couple days. Price was artificially going up prior. I fly for business intestinal quite often. Price drops are normal but called customer service and they wouldn't even compensate me anything, not even an early aisle seat selection. Never flying with them again. You aren't even a budget airline, which I get if they don't compensate anything. Heck even Air Canada gave me some form of upgrade when prices change. Gonna stick with Delta.

I regularly fly with Korean Air so the app is very useful. However, I also receive promotional messages that are always in Korean language and cannot be translated on my device. Please either provide translated message or do not send.

So far (knock on wood), I haven't had any issues with the app. My second trip is coming up with Korean Airlines, and I am so pumped....I set it for 24 hr check in this time. Let's hope that works
