I really like this app, but I'm going to give it 4 stars for now because it freezes and lags. I don't know if there's just too much data, but my phone is not old. It's not cheap, either. I don't have this problem in general, but whenever I'm in the app, it lags here and there. It tends to freeze when I open letters in the bamboo forest. Also, I would like to suggest a new activity. I think incorporating Carl Jung's teachings of the shadow self would be extremely useful. Ty! 🤍

I adore this app, it really helps, especially the mood diary for me The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is there are a few details that need addressing for it to be perfect: - I'm awful at remembering to do my routine, so the morning/evening reminder notifications are incredibly important - only issue is, I only receive them about 20% of the time, not twice each day as I should - in mood diary, while I'm adding an entry I missed, it constantly pops up asking about the current day, very annoying :/

I don't typically leave reviews for apps but for this I had to. I've tried so many mental health and mindfulness apps and I never end up using them but I love this! I actually feel better after using the activities. Journaling has never worked for me because it always feels like a chore but when my duck asks me how my day is going, I have no problem answering And logging a prompt! I love all the different exercises to choose from And would 100% recommend this app to anyone
