Worked great when I first got it. Reached level 43, mastered the spells. Then it stopped connecting to the wand entirely. Tried 4 different devices, every troubleshooting step. The app DOES NOT connect. Absolute waste of money, DO NOT BUY. Especially considering the quality of the wand is garbage. It's plastic with a vinyl wrap. They couldnt even bother to make it look or feel real for the ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS they charge for it. It's basically a scam at this point.

As a Fan, I LOVE IT! As a consumer... i just got this as an early Christmas present and I love it so much! However, both my husband and I think there's got to be more universal compatibility with connecting apps and devices. Why are Samsung and Roku not connectable options? Also, the sensor is a tad wonky, calibration would help that. Also, shouldn't be forced to run it ONLY with the app open, the permissions are there for a reason. Its beautiful, as a fan still would recommend!

Possibly the best purchase I've made in a long time and I do mean it. The complaints I see in previous reviews shouldn't make you decide not to get this, your reasoning should be that you are a fan and would like to learn the spells and proper pronunciation. It doesn't go to my TV but I can live with that, it does connect to my speaker for a great sound experience along with the glowing leds based on specific spells. The unboxing with music and led box makes you feel like this is your wand!!!
