Still using it, still loving it. 3 years and counting. I've heard from other people that I've recommended it to that they can't seem to get the app to understand their meaning, so maybe you want to troubleshoot it with really therapy-adverse people to see if the ease of use improves. I love therapy and sharing my thoughts/feelings, so in that sense I know I'm an oddity. Still, I looooove this app :)

this could be very valuable, it looks great and has tons of options. However it would benefit letting the user fill out a survey as to tailor it. Now it feels more like an astrology app. For example, my energy levels are great. No wisa, I just dont have a job atm and im depressed. The prompts in the conversations are of the "happy clappy" variety that come across shallow, an option to fast forward is better.The relax excersise is nice, the relax sound is horrid, frequency of white noise.

I like how the AI guides you through processing what's happening in your life. It's weird because I feel better talking to the AI over a person; I don't feel as judged as talking to a person, but the option is there for you (for a fee of course). I give it a 4 star because you don't get access to a real "coach" at the price you pay per year. I would've like to have to be able to add a coach to the AI without having to pay more than the annual rate; multiple perspectives are always better.
