it's a very good app to lose weight and strengthen core body for diabetic white collar worker like me . The timer, voice and other cues are awesome. it needs to improve to include basics like parrying, slip, footwork. I love this app. thank you. I did not jump to this app directly. I did stair climb for 3 years for 1 hour and slowly inching forward with this HIIT beginner's muay thai workout. I feel excellent and have more confidence now. 🌿🙏🎄have a happy prosperous new year. 🙂

This app is okay. It doesn't do any real combos, and the guy in the videos looks like a total amature. When he threw the 1 low 2, his hand totally dropped. I like the fact that the guy created an app with potential 👌🏿, but if they are planning on teaching, I'd personally recommend someone with better technique like a pro or something. it would be a good idea for them to replace the videos in an app update with the same guy using his improved technique after developing technique or get a pro
