Great way to connect with people and save on travel costs. The app is easy to use, economical, and environmentally friendly. However, the service fees are relatively high, and the frequent blocking of messages before booking a ride can be frustrating, limiting communication with drivers or passengers. Another minor drawback is the lack of emoticons in reviews, which could make feedback more expressive. Despite these issues, BlaBlaCar is a great platform with room for improvement.

It was my favorite app to check for rides when traveling. But after the recent updates it has become useless for me. The green, yellow indicators and the distance from destination and source were the key factors that made selection easier and I could do it in few minutes. But now it'll take an hour for the same and I cannot spend so much of time on it.

The app imposes a lot of regulations on how to communicate and pay. I don't like this aspect of BlaBlaCar. Also, they do a terrible job calculating arrival times, which often leads to issues with my passengers who expect to arrive at a certain time. I need to make breaks, and people take a wrong turn sometimes. Please let me set my own arrival times. Also,please let me change the pickup addresses after I have passangers. It leads to so much unnecessary communication with everyone.
