The new update made it stop working on Chromecast. This is a Chromecast that's supported as per Disney's help and support page. Spoke to customer service, and they confirmed my understanding is correct. When I said this issue started after the latest update, I was told my Chromecast is not supported after the new update, but this is not documented anywhere in the help section. I continue to pay for the service that is not working as it's expected to.

1: Highly annoying you can no longer remove shows from "continue watching" 2: When opening an episode it takes at least a minute to load. 3: The sound, when playing from TV, is unreliable. Background sounds are randomly loud en voices can sometimes hardly be heard. 4.: When you want to skip forwards or backwards it immediately causes the whole episode to lag or crash. 5: In shows that aren't spoken in English (like Shogun) half of the subtitles are missing or coming in late...

This app is so terrible which is wild for such a large company. The search function just closes the app, so you can't specifically look for a show, if you have the ad version, rewinding means you get to watch the ads again, and it will often glitch out so you can't move to the next episode of something without leaving to see the full list of episodes and selecting the new one. There is no reason for an app by *Disney* - one of the largest companies in the entire world - to have an app this sucky
