I can't edit past treatments. I accidentally chose to not add an extra treatment, and there is no way to change that. The schedule will just be wrong now. I also can't track my own results (like how much hair was growing back after each treatment). I want to be able to add treatments to my schedule. I've seen complaints about this since 2019 but apparently they don't think it's important to add. Basically this app is just a calendar app with lots of pink and no editing options.

All of sudden all my previous treatments have disappeared! Because of that I also don't know the dates of my next treatments. The weirdest is even though I'm logged in and my device model is showing there, I can't even add new treatments, it's all gone. I'm going to uninstall the app. Google Calendar can do the same service just fine.

Hi there! We have been working on a solution. Could you please check the app to see if you have your data back? If you already uninstalled the app, you can easily indicate the number of treatments you did before. In case you have any other questions, you can contact us via Facebook or Twitter. Thanks again for informing us about the issue!

There seems to be a technical problem with the app, as I can't even get it started. On the "never lose your data" page, after I've logged in, whichever option I choose, there is a connection error. I've tried it on other devices, with wifi and with mobile internet-nothing works. I'd appreciate it if you look into this as I can't use the app at all.
