The scale app said it offered a guest mode. I was never able to get it to work. I tried again but this new app doesn't seem to allow a guest mode, you need to put your email and a password out internet yet again on yet another website who will never ever get hacked, just like my health care company was recently. I did find the old app available foe installation, thank you, but I was not able not get it to sync with my scale.

Hi Mark, we apologize for the inconvenience. Guest Mode lets you use the app without an email; data is saved locally, not in the cloud. For scale syncing steps, please email us at [email protected] due to message limits. We’re happy to assist further!

The UI is not friendly. - The app opens with device management page, where it shows all the devices, even though there is single item in the list. - Too many parameters shown. No way to configure what I wish to see. - The blue colored Target section blends in blue background. I'm not happy to enable location sharing with a weight measurement. Don't see any relevance. The scale is connected but no data transfer. Edit - Thanks for prompt response.

This is worse in every conceivable way than the old app; it never connects to any device more than once without deleting an reconnecting the device; the food lists are so woefully inadequate and the scanning feature so poor that you have to do everything manually; and there is no functional integration with any activity tracking hardware like smart watches or Fitbits. Going to go buy a new scale so that I can get actual useful data
