I signed up for this membership since Onefit was discontinued and completed the verification process, so my bank account was charged. But I have not received any confirmation of my membership—only an email confirming a newsletter subscription. Despite recognizing my email, as I can initiate a password reset, I am still unable to log in. I reached out to customer support for help, but the automatic reply states it could take up to 4 days to get a response. What a horrible transition from Onefit.

The new app doesn't feel like much of an improvement, sadly. I appreciate that they finally fixed that you CAN directly share a class instead of just a venue, that's a big plus. The location filter is missing a range & generally works weirdly. The app feels slower and like it's cycling through different modals. The cancel option does not look like a button at all. I'm missing images in my schedule to easily recognize the studios I've booked at. Venue schedules don't show that you booked a class.

Since Onefit subscription stopped, I had to switch to Urban spots and it has been several days that the app just doesn't fully responsive, so I can't update the profile and the button "upload photo" doesn't work. Basically, I think I will switch to my gym subscription but it has been a week since the app doesn't show any improvement. I am not sure if it was testes before the release.
