Impossible to activate the app because they don't send the OTP verification code. Tried many times, but always get message that try again after 1 day 😩

I tried to book a taxi to the echo beach around six times and everytime somebody took my order but cancelled it after five minutes. I don't know if it's because of bugs or what but there are no bookings under my account so it looks like I haven't even used this app. This is a completely carbage and luckily our villa had a good shuttle to help us.

I had some trouble while using the app, first it was the registeration sms which I did not recieve the first try. I had to reinstall the app in order to do the registeration again, it might be I filled in wrong number... Then for the ordering you need to have accurate tracking mode on, which is understandable, but you also need to know street address and house number, which is not always easy in Bali. My last issue with the app was cancelling a ordered taxi. It did not want to do it. Still I recommend!!!
