We've been in operation for 5+years and during that time there have been many changes, growth, a lot of learning and now we're needing to make room for some expansive future plans.

This past year alone we've seen a large growth in our team of practitioners and we now offer several new services.

cedarwood wellness studio is a name that came to Jes several times over the past year. It is a name that honours the past and can hold space for what is to come. We all feel it encompasses the direction this magnificent community is going.

welcoming haven for holistic wellbeing while remaining as accessible as possible.

And of course we know the value of solitude, serenity + meditation. Which is why we continue to offer floats and why we've added our new thermal circuit consisting of a beautiful [+steamy] Finnish sauna + cold plunge.

The dreams we have for the future of this space and more importantly to support our community are great.
