1. New Region Unlocked: Russian civilization is now available, with new wonders and new heroes!
2. Level cap increased to 34, and hero level cap increased to 30.
3. An additional level has been added to Napoleon's synthesis chain.
4. Floating island level cap has been adjusted to 20, and no experience will be gained beyond level 20.
5. Fixed the issue where the supply plane would land on the wrong island.
6. Items that dropped abnormally due to supply issues can now be removed or sold.
