You are able to contact adverts for free on SpareRoom, you can contact Free to Contact adverts straight away and you can also contact Early Bird adverts after they've been on the site for 7 days as they too will become Free to Contact.

In this update, you’ll see that we’ve introduced viewings.
In just a few taps, if you’re advertising a room or whole property, you’ll be able to send other users an invite to come and view it. We’ve also made it easy to keep track of and manage all of the viewing invites you’ve sent or received in one place.
