下載時有說明可以免費試用，但就直接收費了，而且我無法使用該app也無使用過，但已從電信帳單扣款，我要申請申訴退款服務，請問如何申請退款？謝謝。

第一次安裝說免費三天試用，找不到取消的地方，app移除重新下載安裝出現已訂閱然後有出現可取消訂閱的連結，取消後不放心是否已經有取消又再重新安裝app去開啟是否已取消，介面一樣是出現三天試用的連結，結果點了就付費不是訂閱，我立即再去找到信箱的訊息取消訂閱了，但已經扣款，我要申訴退款，我完全沒在扣款後使用app，感覺被詐騙了，立即在此反應，希望能退款

只要點進去就強迫性的訂閱。下載不到5分鐘立即移除，結果三天後的今天直接收到扣款1240元的簡訊通知。現在才知道只要有下載就必需要到信箱收到的連結取消訂閱才能結束，不是只要移除app就好。莫名被扣款，可否申請退費？！
