更新於16/9/2021: 已經超過4個月時間，仍然解不了我的登入問題，不停email來回，問題依然一樣，不敢相信一家國際大公司會有如此垃圾的工程員工及服服員工，希望你們能盡快盡快幫忙解決我問題！ 更新於7/8/2021： 垃圾的公司，更新後不能登入，網業版也不能登入！又不回覆怎樣處理，Facebook無回應，email又唔覆！究竟想點吖？是否已結業？ 7/8/2021： 我已再次聯絡你們，但都是你們的電腦自動回覆，這問題已困擾了我3個多月，不能登入，你們提供的方法我已全部試過了，全部都不能，已拍短片傳送給你們但你們仍然用同樣方教我解決，但是最終都不能解決！請問我如何是好？

實在是不明白，明明就可以用BEP20，TRC20 來收 usdt，但當你想轉走虛擬貨幣時卻只能 用ERC20 大副提高你的轉出成本，在app 內兌換的兌換率卻比其他平台的成平貴很多，而且還設定了各樣限制，目的就是不想你把錢轉走，這 wirex app為了賺錢真的是什麼奇招也用了，提醒各位還是不要用，攪得跟詐騙一樣，非常失望！！

一月開始用到現在，平均每週也會使用兩三次，操作算暢順，目前體驗算是良好，沒有被亂扣錢的問題發生。建議用家别一開始就存大額到賬戶內，先處理好認證問題後，正式運作暢順才存大額到賬戶内。
