Waste of time . To answer your question, I typed in free fax app, I believe yours was the first to pop-up, Directions were simple, The camera work perfect, I typed in the number like it asked, And it was accepted with a pleasant glow then a price list popped up. So I felt that wasted my time and that's the comment that I left. After I further investigated it I noticed that sometimes sponsored ADS will jump above my requested ad and that could have been what happened. But I really don't care.

I would agree with everyone who has reviewed this app as a SCAM. It did very clearly say FREE trial subscription, makes you give credit card details, then download and use. I had to send a single fax page (because some companies still exist in the Stone Age), cancelled the subscription immediately after. So, assuming there was no charge, I did not bother to go into my bank account to make any credit card payments; I was charged the $14.99, then my bank charged me ANOTHER $14.99 for late fees!!!

A lot has changed since I last used this App(4 years) ... apparently, I've lost my credits and paid $15 for a one week recurring subscription. Just to fax 3 pages!! That was stupid. What was once a convenient and reasonable service is now a total ripoff. Instead of disclosing the changes and costs upfront it allowed me to upload my docs, complete the cover page and press the SEND button before the disclosing what would cost to complete the transmission. I will be canceling .

Hello, Please note that Google has implemented a technical constraint that mandates a minimum subscription period of 1 week for services. Therefore, it's currently not feasible for us to offer credits, plans for a 1 fax or 1 day as it would go against their policy. Regarding your credits, please contact us through the Support chat within the app.
