It's a good app for keeping track of your emotions, but the meditation exercises need a lot of work. When youper gives you something to think about, for instance a question or a specific thought, the meditation track doesn't give you enough time to execute that action and thus rendering the whole exercise useless. And yes that is an all-or-nothing thought, but in some cases the world is black and white.

Just downloaded it but I can already see myself using it daily from now on. It offers meditation-based features a little like headspace while adding in the "AI" assistant. Though I'd refer to youper as a VI myself I have to say it's definitely nice having a personal touch added to this app. I'm excited for what apps like this might mean for the future of mental health support. Here's to hoping we can buy mental health ai companions in stores before I turn too old to keep up with technology.

i really love this app. next to a mood tracker (with many many options + the option to select why you're feeling like that) it allows you to monitor anxiety, depression, and some other stuff, and it's really helpfull to see on what level you are with those (especially because it tells you when it's time for a checkup)
