I will never use Tamara again due to frequent payment issues. Your card gets charged, but the app shows "payment failed." Then, they automatically charge your bank again when it's overdue. So, it's essentially a double payment. This has happened not once, but twice. Sorry to compare, but Tabby is definitely better.

No customer service..... When I verified myself for the 1st time and scanned my ID, I came to know they have linked me to someone else account with an outstanding payment from 2022. After contacting them through several emails and calls given up on it now. Every time getting an automatic reply and nothing after that. Hopefully they will not screw my credit score.

You get charged for free Smart Membership afterwards, and the customer service is subpar. I was given a free smart membership, but I can't cancel it without paying for the next few months. This feels more like a high-level swindle. Stop lying to customers and charging money. I had no prior experience with this membership. It was my first and only time ordering through Tamara. I will not be paying this cost. Put a stop to the phony offerings. Tamara should be avoided by everyone. Close accounts
