About this app

ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.

- All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app.

- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).

Key Employee Features:

• View pay & W2 statements
• View & request time off
• Track time & attendance
o Punch in/out
o Create timesheets
o Update, edit, & approve time cards
• View pay card accounts
• View benefit plan information
• Contact colleagues

Key Manager Features:
• Approve time cards
• Approve time off
• View team calendars
• View executive dashboards

Security:
• All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers
• All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted
• All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted
• Username and password protected
• Login sessions time out from inactivity
• Accounts locked out with excessive login failures
• Fast and easy login with Biometric Authentication
• Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords

Supported Operating Systems
• Android 6.0 or higher

I wish employers would move away from unreliable software. I can never stay logged in, I get the same login loop errors, and it won't ever save my user ID or anything else. Additionally, biometrics are a complete waste, not once has this app actually let me use my fingerprint for login despite setting it up every time I open the app. When you can get logged in and ADP isn't having issues, the app is fine. It does what it needs to, no more no less.

Could you try clearing your cache and reinstalling the app? If that doesn’t correct the issue, please contact your company’s HR/Payroll. They can contact their ADP Tech Team to look into this. Thank you, NW

Another classic instance of ensh*tiffication. After most recent updates, you are no longer able to login. You get stuck in a loop of it bringing you to your web browser (for no good reason) to login, then it tries forcing you back to the app, but it gets stuck in this loop forever. As a result, the app is entirely unusable. Can't wait to get my HR to move us to a new system. Another classic case of shipping updates for no reason that break things.

Please try clearing your phones cache, delete and reload the app and make sure you are running the latest version of your phones OS. If that doesn’t resolve the issue please contact your company administrator usually the payroll/hr contact at your company and they can reach out to their ADP Tech team to troubleshoot. ^DS

I'm a practicitioner and cannot view my team at all in this app. Sometimes the pages come and go for team timecard and team timeoff. But 99% of the time I cannot access it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing permissions and settings on my phone. My managers can see their team in the app. This is hugely inconvenient when you're trying to run a business.
