When it's working, it's great. Easy to use, lots of functions. It's missing the customer review photos though - it seems to only be available on the website. Biggest annoyance of the last year or so has been that the app constantly logs me out and shows me the network issues error, as others have noticed as well. Only solution has been to uninstall/reinstall and that's such a pain to do every time you browse. Please find a fix for this for your customers.

UPDATE: It's been just shy of 10 months from a previous review, and I wish I could give this ZERO stars. I haven't been able to open the app, it always says it's having network issues. Or just stays black for a minute then closes. AE jeans are my favorite and fit me best, but I can't buy them online! App is very difficult to navigate, freezes/ glitches often, always has an error... Not a pleasant experience. Took me roughly 20 minutes to compete my purchase after I began the checkout process.

Constant crashing. Have to force stop and clear all data, which sometimes loses things in cart. Uses to be fine, now borderline unusable. Update: the app only gets worse. 100% the worst app I have ever used. Lately I also lose my cart and favorites entirely. Whatever team works on or is paid for it made the decisions for this app should be fired - this is the worst app I have ever used since the original smartphone. Straight garbage.
