Overall, a great seller experience, a lot of states straight on the home screen for easy navigation, very accurate and responsive in terms of notifications. Could use improvements of memory. For example, when re-reading a message you typed and refresh by mistake, the whole typed message is gone. Otherwise, it's much better than the old version with everything cramped into 1 page. This version feels much better.

Where to start. The app is so easy to navigate. To be honest I prefer the app than the website. The only problem with the app is that you can not create shipment on the app. Other than that I am so pleased with it. You can douthe app on many phones, once you are logged in you don't need to log in again, compare to the website where you constantly have to add OTP number.

November 2024. Some things have gotten better with the app and others, as usual have taken a step backwards. I routinely switched from Canada to the United States and now I have to go back to the homepage to switch over whereas before I could have switched anywhere on the app. It's minor, yes but just one more annoyance on top of the other many minor annoyances. The add a product definitely has gotten better
