Daily Strength is a gym workout planner and workout tracker that makes it easy to log your weight lifting workouts. Create your own gym workout plans and routines by selecting from a list of exercises such as bench press, barbell squat, deadlift, and a variety of dumbbell, barbell and olympic exercises. The workout tracker also contains built in gym workout plans that you can easily get started on. Some workout schedules included are Stronglifts, 5x5, Madcow, Push Pull Legs (PPL), Starting Strength and much more. Training with weights has never been easier with this workout journal and workout log.

When you create your gym workout plans and log your weight lifting workouts, the workout planner will help you visualize your progress. You can view one rep max charts of the major compound exercises like bench press, barbell squat, and deadlift.

Great app to help with keeping track of your resting time and overall progress. Has everything I want in an app for weight training. Only thing that could be improved, although probably too niche, switching between imperial and metic units. My gym has both types of weights so need to do some manual math when going from one exercise to the other. Also the progress visualisations do not consider the unit logged so a 100lbs and 100kg lift are considered equal. Other than that, perfect.

Tried many apps, none were this functional for my needs. Pro version is definitely worth it and the back up is great for moving to a new phone. I love that the workout continues even if you accidentally close the app, very underrated feature. Going forward, I would love it if the bug was fixed where some exercises remember weight/reps of a different exercise. It's no big deal as the history button shows the correct history but still, a bit of a nuisance. Please keep up the support, thanks!

Very good. Its is serves as a coach to start weight training routines for beginners. Experts can also get customized workout routines. I have been using this app since almost 4 years now. Still very good. I now customize and save my workout regimes and once its in no looking back. Extremely happy with the app.
