It's the worst application ever. They dont have any delivery procedures or policies. 1 week delay to receive the second item of a 2 items order, and they took all the delivery fees when i received the first order. Have been contacting the CS for a week now, and they said they have nothing to do except contacting the shipping company. On a side note, they deal with the worst delivery company ever. Unprofessional riders whom they call you to set a time for delivery and never show up or answer back

So terrible, quality of items is mediocre and nothing great. Customer service is pathetic. No information to the customer on why the shipment is delayed. Had to call every two days to follow up and find out what happened to the order. Finally decided to cancel and get a refund. Considering there is so much competition now for online shopping. You should be more attentive to making sure customer needs are met Just one such incident is enough to put off someone to buy from your website again.

Pathetic App, extremely difficult to use, price changes even in minutes, tries entering the card, but screen refreshed automatically. Couldn't use my 1st time order free code, as payment was unsuccessful because of auto screen refresh. Poorly design app by the developer.
