I used this app for the first time and it was such a bad experience the first time. The value of one USD is 83 rupees in Indian currency but they gave me only 73 rupees and now after converting they are not transferring the amount to the bank and are asking for extra amount for that.The app in which I had to send amount through Astro Pay is also not working.

It's almost as if the app sabotages it's kyc process deliberately to prevent access. I tried taking a photo of my ID and for whatever reason my flash keeps coming on to glare the image. No reasonable way to get in touch with customer service too. Seems shady.

I added money to my wallet but now I am not able to withdraw it 😭. It's very easy to add money but to withdraw it is very difficult. I uploaded my ID for validation but it's refusing again and again. Please help me to withdraw my money. I beg you. EDIT- my problem has been resolved after the new update thanks to all supporting team.
