Ava trade as a trading platform seems fine, and works great on their website. However this rating is for the app. The app is extremely slow, depositing money via the app breaks off due to some error. I hope the app gets fixed so it becomes usable outside checking your positions after waiting a while.

It is horrible! I have been using it for almost a year now; i have been logged out while my open positions are running, or deny me access to control them. Just this week alone, I have lost almost to usd100 solely because I can not access my trades. They claim they're the best in the market, it's a big fat lie. Also, they don't help even when you reach out- they'd be forever escalating the issue and a week later still nothing. To avoid losing money, just stay away!!!

I have had issues with login several times now.A week doesn't end without you encountering this issue.So what I did I opened several accounts within the same account and I do internal transfers before trading so that I don't loose all the money in one trade,with the issue of account failing to login I can't trade.I also had an issue where I had put a buy pending order and it got triggered without the market reaching the order.How does it trigger orders without reaching the order price?
