Mathway: Scan & Solve Problems

I'm suffering the same problem as all the recent posters. What is happening with your app? About 3 weeks ago it started freezing and needing to be reinstalled every few calculations! Now i have tried to reinstall multiple times and the error message, "Oh No! Something went wrong. Check your connection and try again" comes up every time :( I am paying $10 a month for an otherwise excellent product.

NOT WORKING!- Must Uninstall/Reinstall 4 Every Usage consistently over past several Wks? Plz fix??.As soon as I close App, it stops. I have found this App to be the best out of the 4 paid subscriptions I've tried. Taking four college QTRS of math, I've found this App to be +90% accurate, & only lacking functionality for word application problems..The only other issue is that doesn't always display the simplest way to solve a problem; can over-complicate things, @ times. (But still very helpful:)

Usually Mathway is great at doing what it does, but recently the app has been crashing and repeatedly gets stuck on the loading screen, I've had the subscription for a while now and this is the first time. Something happened, I don't know what, but for now, you shouldn't buy the subscription for an app that currently doesn't work. I did and now I have wasted money. Hopefully they resolver this issue soon.
