Aside from the actual products. The app contains just bad adverts, notifications and very misleading games. Like 'print free cash', where you waste your valuable time to exchange your fake cash for THE CHANCE to win a free item. No refunds if the iten was not rewarded to you. True motive seems to be about misleading you into contributing to higher usage stats and in the process help mislead others that the app is fantastic. Brilliant, but better off ordering from the browser

Banggood used to be my go to app for radio control hobbies, but now I just use AliExpress , I tried to buy a item that was supposed to be in the aust warehouse and kept getting a message to place it in the drop ship for approval what ever that is ? The prices have gone through the roof ! Anything that comes out on banggood as new you can find on AliExpress way cheaper it's ashame they were always good to deal with you can't even use your points that you have accumulated 😱

After many years as a regular customer, when I had an issue with a faulty product (that wasn't cheap enough this time to ignore) ran afoul of their return processes. Completely frustrating and unhelpful. Does not have the protections of eBay so I'm deleting the app and will be shopping elsewhere.
